1.INTRODUCTION
The seller is a trade company, which is registered in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the Republic of North Macedonia as a company that trades in gold and silver. The company is in direct cooperation with renowned companies from abroad that are producers and traders of gold and silver, and through which cooperation it trades in gold and silver in the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
2.CONTENT OF GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS
The general operating conditions are available to customers at any time.
The general conditions regulate the relations between the buyer and the seller, which is related to the conditions and the manner of ordering the product, the price of the product, the method of payment, the buyer's rights to complain about the product / s, price changes on world stock exchanges, the protection of personal and other data, the applicable law and the jurisdiction of the Basic Civil Court Skopje and other important issues for purchasing through the web-store.
The general conditions of operation of the web store are an integral part of every purchase of the Seller's products.
The seller is authorized in accordance with its operating policy and without prior publication to change the content of the general terms, sales range of products, prices and other data related to the online store.
The seller ensures accuracy and timeliness regarding the data published on the website. However, stock market prices can change so quickly that the seller fails to update the data on the website in a timely manner.

The seller aims to have all users of the website equal conditions, without discrimination and within these General rules and conditions of the offer for sale.
4.BUYER
The buyer of the product is any legally capable person who buys the offered products for his personal needs or a legal entity that buys products exclusively for his own needs.
Only their legal representative or guardian can appear as a Buyer in the name and on behalf of a minor and a completely incompetent person.
Partially able-bodied persons can buy only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian.
If this provision is violated, the Seller is not responsible.
5.PAYMENT
- Payment in cash is possible in our office up to 122,000 MKD
- The payment through the bank must be made from the bank account of the natural or legal person to whom the order is addressed.
- Payment by credit/debit card must be made from the card of the natural or legal person to whom the order is addressed.
- The payment of funds from the redemption is made through bank to the bank account of a natural or legal person who is a seller.
6.PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF BUYERS AND OTHER DATA
The buyer agrees that the seller will use and process the personal data for the purposes of the sale. The personal data of the Buyer of the Seller's products on the website and profiles on social networks, etc., which are managed by the Seller, are protected and stored in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the Law on Consumer Protection and with other positive regulations valid in the Republic of North Macedonia. They can be used exclusively for the realization of the sale.
7.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
INVEST METAL DOOEL Skopje is authorized to use the trademark of INVEST METAL and the published contents on the website www.investmetal.mk and owns the copyright and possibly other related rights in relation to all data.

9.MANNER OF COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All communication regarding the ordering process and the conclusion of the purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is done by the website itself, by mail or by phone.
"Available" - means that the product can be ordered and purchased through the online store under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The purchase process begins with the proper registration of the buyer, with a statement by the buyer in the application that he has read the "General Terms and Conditions", understood them and accepts them.
The registration of the buyer, in accordance with the positive regulations in force in RSM, means registration of the electronic address and personal data: name and surname, personal identification number, address and city, telephone number, and for legal entities name, address and city, telephone number, EDB.
All further communication regarding the ordering process and the conclusion of the purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer, takes place by mail or by phone.
Buyers are required to provide accurate, valid and complete personal information when completing the registration form. The Buyer's wrongdoing authorizes the Seller to refrain from selling the product or providing the services.
The seller bears no responsibility for incorrectly given data.
10.ORDER OF THE SELLER'S PRODUCTS
The buyer selects at least one product, adds it to the cart and sends the order. The product is ordered and sold under its name, with characteristics and use values, at prominent prices including taxes and under these General Terms and Conditions.
After the order has been placed, the Buyer will be contacted by the Seller via the website, telephone or mail, in order to confirm the order.
The seller will confirm the order to the buyer if the product is in stock within one day at the latest unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
The seller reserves the right to reject the order if it is not in stock.
Product Value / Prices:
All prices are expressed in denars. Prices are valid at the time of receiving the order.
Deadline and method of payment:
The deadline for payment of the purchase price of the products is immediately upon placing the order, unless otherwise agreed by the Seller and the Buyer.
The payment is made with a payment slip through an account, and through a previously sent pro-invoice.
Delivery deadline:
Delivery time maximum (5) five days from the day of the order and the day of the day of payment of the price. The deadline may be extended due to force majeure or if something happens that the seller could not prevent. In that case the Seller establishes a new deadline which can not be longer than 30 days. If it can not be delivered within that period, the Seller will immediately return the paid funds to the Buyer.
In case the Buyer refuses to accept the delivery of the product, the Seller does not bear any responsibility.
Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The collection of the products is done through INVEST METAL DOOEL, NIKOB-Secure transport and AD Post of North Macedonia at the expense of the Buyer.
The handover of the product is done according to an agreed term, with agreed conditions, by signing a delivery note and with all accompanying documents.
The buyer takes the original invoice and the confirmation that he has received the product, signs it and returns it to the seller in one copy through the supplier.
11.THE BUYER'S RIGHT TO REJECT THE PURCHASE
The Buyer has the right within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the purchased product in certain cases to cancel the contract in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection with a written statement, which statement is submitted to the Seller
It is the obligation of the Buyer to return to the Seller at his own expense the product that has been delivered to him, in original packaging, with original invoice and accompanying documentation.
The Buyer is aware that the price of the purchased products has a different price every day due to stock exchange operations and that in case the Buyer cancels and the price changes, less or the same amount can be refunded as paid. No more funds can be returned to the Buyer.
If the Buyer cancels the purchase agreement, the Seller is obliged to return the money to the Buyer no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
12.BUYER'S RIGHTS
The Buyer has the right to terminate the contract if the Seller does not fulfill the contract:
- The product is not delivered within the agreed deadline,
- The product does not have the appropriate characteristics, provided that the Buyer immediately, and no later than the legal deadline of 15 days, submitted a complaint to the Seller,
- Due to the expiration of an additional period given by the Seller.
13.QUALITY GUARANTEE
All products sold in the web store have a quality guarantee from the importer, ie from the manufacturer. Given the specificity of the products, the Seller does not issue an additional warranty.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the downloaded product and the defects immediately, and no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt, to notify the Seller in writing, by mail or mail, because otherwise it is considered that received the product without visible defects.
If the product has damaged packaging, do not take it from the supplier, because additional complaints are not accepted.
The seller is obliged to contact the buyer within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the complaint. If the complaint and the buyer's request to rectify the defect are justified, the seller will accept the Buyer's request without delay. If the Seller disputes the omission in the reply, he shall state the reasons why the request is not justified.
The seller has the role of producer and is responsible for the damage caused by an error in the product, in accordance with the provisions of the law governing the obligation relations in the Republic of North Macedonia.
Local and actual jurisdiction of the court:
These "General Conditions" are made in accordance with the regulations on trade and the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Law on Obligations and other regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia.
In case of a dispute, the Basic Civil Court Skopje will be competent.
14.FINAL PROVISIONS
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions by the Buyer results in a two-way relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.
